Owner, Raphael Carreon, opened the original Raphael's restaurants in 1975 and Rafa's Cafe in 1994. Raphael's has been an institution in Dallas and in the Metroplex area ever since.Rafa's --the sister to Raphael's--continues the same Mexican family traditions, providing great Tex-Mex and Mexican specialty dishes.
