SETUP
All catering orders come with chafing dishes and Mexican zarapes to decorate the buffet table.
Disposable 10” plates and flatware with napkin – $3 each

SERVICE
Bartender and servers available with a 4-hour minimum – $110
Additional time – $25/hour

DELIVERY
Delivery, setup, and pickup – $75 (within a 5-mile radius)

Spring mix lettuce with mushrooms, black olives, cherry tomatoes, and banana peppers.
Dressings: Honey Mustard, Blue Cheese, Ranch, Creamy Italian, Caesar, House, Spicy Vinaigrette, Chipotle Ranch, Low-Cal Ranch, Low-Cal Creamy Italian
Served with ½ pint of guacamole, ½ pint of sour cream, ½ pint of jalapeños
Marinated grilled protein with grilled onions and peppers served with guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, Mexican rice, refried beans and choice of flour or corn tortillas. Add sausage and quail to any of the above + $4.00 Priced per person. Serving size is three fajitas per person
Cheese with chili sauce, beef with chili sauce, chicken with sour cream sauce, ranchero sauce, or salsa verde.
Taco shells or flour tortillas served with lettuce, tomatoes, grated cheese, sour cream, pico de gall and jalapenos. Priced per person. Serving size is 2 tacos per person
Homemade tortilla chips with guacamole, queso, sour cream, pico de gallo, jalapenos, refried beans, and salsa. Priced per person.
